Happy New Year!

Just a shout out to all you sports fanatics!  Happy New Year!  It has been an interesting 2009 to say the least and I have a hunch that 2010 will be just as interesting.

To all of you who have commented on the blog, thanks.  For all of you who have visited and didn’t join in the discussion, what are you waiting for?

Happy Thanksgiving!!

Just a quick note to say Happy Thanksgiving to all you sports nuts.

Locally, not much will be happening over then next six days or so, but starting December 1st local prep basketball stars will reign supreme.  About a week and a half later, the wrestlers will take to the mats, other than practice time so take a break and I will see you all next week!!

Random thoughts from the state football play-offs

As I sat in Holt Arena last night, watching one of the best prep football games that I have witness all year, some thoughts occurred to me. Where I am unable to make the jaunt over to Bishop Kelley this evening, stuck here in the office, I have a few moments on my hands to pose a few questions and comment on a few observations that I have made in the last couple of weeks.
